Shiny Gen generates game code, images, animation, music, sound effects and 3D models when you ask it to. It does that by calling the third party AI services below. Generation always happens at your request, never in the background, and needs a free Shiny Gen account and an internet connection.
What is sent. Each request sends what that job needs and nothing more: the prompt you typed, and for the agent your chat, the game's code and data it is working on, and a screenshot of the game. Image and 3D requests can include an image of your own asset.
Your own AI agent. If you connect your own AI (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Grok) with an agent link or over MCP, the game you hand it, its code, assets and screenshots, goes to that AI service under your own account with it. You start every such session, and you can end it or revoke access at any time from your Account settings.
Every request runs under the provider's own usage policy and its own built-in safety systems at their default settings. We never disable, weaken or opt out of a provider's safety system anywhere in our product.
What you may and may not generate is set out in our Community Rules. How we handle your information, including what we share with service providers like these, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
